A Grateful Patient certificate and pin were presented to Dr. Ashish Awasthi in recognition of a gift received by a grateful patient for the care she and her husband have received from Dr. Awasthi.   Through this generous gift, a scholarship for CentraState team members has been created which will continue to help CentraState for years to come.
