The 2025 Team Member Appeal will officially kick off in June! This year, there are two shirt options. Our much sought after regular limited edition t-shirt will be available with a minimum donation of $20 (or 1 x PTO hour). We are also offering a dri-fit polo in both men’s and women’s cut with a minimum donation of $40 (or 2 x PTO hours).
Our goal is to raise $40,000 to support various programs at CentraState (Cardiac, Cancer, MS, Pediatrics, etc.). Over $203,000 has been raised since 2015! Thank you to everyone who has supported and contributed to this appeal in any way over the years.
Be a part of the 2025 video and be a rockstar!!!! The theme for this year is “Together We Rock” and the theme songs are Livin’ on a Prayer, Don’t Stop Believin’, and Born to Run. To adhere to copyright, we will be using royalty free music this year so videos will have the following song playing in the background.
However, please feel free to play Livin’ on a Prayer, Don’t Stop Believin’, and Born to Run songs to gain involvement and engagement. All are invited to join – AHS & CentraState team members and volunteers! Both photos and videos are equally encouraged!
